CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to the nature of this promotion, no cancellation will be accepted once the voucher is redeemed by booking confirmation from Chukka Caribbean Adventures. However, the booking can be rescheduled to a future date up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled tour without a penalty as long as the rescheduled date falls within the 30-day validity from when the voucher was purchased. Any attempt to reschedule within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day of the tour will attract a full cancellation penalty of 100%. No refunds are available for redeemed vouchers; only rescheduled dates will be accepted within the voucher's period of validity.
