However, the booking can be rescheduled to a future date up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled tour without a penalty as long as the rescheduled date falls within the 30-day validity from when the voucher was purchased. Any attempt to reschedule within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day of the tour will attract a full cancellation penalty of 100%. No refunds are available for redeemed vouchers; only rescheduled dates will be accepted within the voucher's period of validity.
