Pro Care Nail Studio – Terms and Conditions of Service:
1. General Terms

  • ● By booking an appointment with Pro Care Nail Studio, clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
  • ● These terms are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a high-quality experience for all clients.

2. Refunds on Deals

  • ● Promotional deals and discounted services are non-refundable.
  • ● Refunds will not be issued for partially used packages or promotional offers.
  • ● In cases of service dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to raise concerns during the appointment so adjustments can be made.

3. Service Charges

  • ● Service charges may vary depending on:
    ○ Nail length
    ○ Nail shape
    ○ Design complexity and quantity
    ○ Any additional add-ons requested
  • ● Final pricing will be confirmed before the start of the service.

4. Booking Policy

  • ● All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking channels.
  • ● A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, especially for custom or extended services.
  • ● Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • ● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • ● No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or full-service charges.
  • ● To avoid fees, clients are encouraged to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.

6. Rescheduling

  • ● Rescheduling is permitted based on availability.
  • ● Clients must notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

7. Studio Rights

  • ● Pro Care Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with these terms.
  • ● Policies may be updated periodically, and clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version.

8. Grievance Policy

At Pro Care Nail Studio, we are committed to providing a positive and respectful environment for all clients. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our
services, staff, or policies, please follow the steps below to ensure your grievance is addressed promptly and fairly.

8.1 How to Submit a Grievance

  • ● Clients are encouraged to raise any concerns as soon as possible, preferably during or immediately after the service.
  • ● Grievances can be submitted in person at the studio, via phone, or by email to our customer service team.
  • ● Please provide detailed information about the issue, including date, time, staff involved, and nature of the complaint.

8.2 Grievance Handling Process

  • ● Upon receipt of a grievance, Pro Care Nail Studio will acknowledge it within 2 business days.
  • ● The grievance will be reviewed thoroughly by management.
  • ● We may contact the client for additional information or clarification if needed.
  • ● A resolution or response will be provided within 10 business days of the initial acknowledgment.

8.3 Possible Outcomes

  • ● Resolutions may include an apology, service correction, refund (if applicable), or other appropriate actions.
  • ● If the grievance involves staff conduct, appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken.
  • ● Clients will be informed of the outcome and any follow-up steps.

8.4 Commitment to Improvement

  • ● All grievances are documented and reviewed regularly to prevent recurrence.

9. Refund Policy

  • ● Pro Care Nail Studio aims to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
  • ● Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
    ○ Service was not provided as described or agreed upon.
    ○ There was a significant issue with the service quality that could not be resolved during the appointment.
  • ● To request a refund, clients must notify the studio 24 or more hours prior to the service date, providing details of the issue.
  • ● Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the studio reserves the right to offer a full refund, partial refund, or alternative compensation
    such as service credit.
  • ● Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preference after service completion already agreed upon, or failure to follow
    aftercare instructions.
  • ● Promotional deals and discounted services remain non-refundable as stated in Section 2.
  • ● The studio commits to addressing all refund requests promptly and fairly.

MERCHANT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE TO PURCHASERS FOR THE CARE AND QUALITY OF THE ADVERTISED GOODS AND SERVICES. BRAWTA CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SERVICE BEING PROMOTED ON OUT PLATFORM AS WE ADVERTISE, PROMOTE AND MARKET GOODS AND SERVICES ON OUR PLATFORMON BEHALF OF THIRD PARTY VENDORS.

CUSTOMERS SHOULD PROVIDE A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID UPON REDEEMING THEIR VOUCHERS. THE NAME ON THE VOUCHER SHOULD COINCIDE WITH THE NAME ON THE ID. BRAWTA LIVING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST ID FOR SECURITY PURPOSES.

Refund Policy: Brawta Living will refund the purchase price of a Voucher in the form of Brawta Credits unless stated otherwise under the terms (see Fine Print) of a specific Voucher. Subject to the following conditions. After 3 days from purchase no cash refund, only store credits.

Persons may see changes to their credit/debit card charges which is the result of fluctuating exchange rates from our overseas payment gateway provider and is outside of Brawta Living’s control.
