Booking Policy:
All clients are by appointment only! We do not accept walk-ins.
All online appointments will attract a (40%) confirmation fee with the remaining balance being settled upon checking in.
Cash usage is accepted however not encouraged.
Bookings are done primarily via our online booking option. Once the date and time is selected our receptionist will contact you via phone to confirm your appointment.
We receive bookings both via phone and online as such, appointments are based on availability.

Cancelation Policy:
In the event you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is important that you note the following:
A cancelation done within 24 hours of your appointment date and time will attract a penalty of which is at our discretion. The penalty will be added to your final bill upon checking in.

Late Policy:
Out of respect for other clients no more than (15mins) is allowed for late consideration. Failure to arrive within that time will result in a loss of slot and you're required to speak with the receptionist to reschedule. A late fee will be added at your next appointment check-in. The amount is at our discretion.

Late Fee:
Our late fee does not exceed (15%) of the overall service charge.
