Quality Service Management is lacking. Audit your process flows, have someone run through let's say a hotel Deal as a 'mystery shopper' to get the experience of a typical consumer, then build up, from the gaps identified. Any serious business considers the risks of customer displeasure, and does some sort of root cause analysis.
They have a great customer service team..From the Manager go straight down. I was in the process of purchasing a product they had n there was an obstacle that came up and the Manager himself reached out to me .He reassured me that everything will be fine, his team is working on it for me. I really appreciate the extra mile he went for me. He followed up with me until I got what wanted.Using Brawtliving was great.. I highly recommend doing business with them 100%.
I don't believe in highlighting/broadcasting downfalls on social media but seemingly it’s the only way to get some attention and hopefully have my issue addressed. I have been reaching out / following up via email and WhatsApp, no feedback has been provided by your team. My issue: since July 1 2020 I have been trying to get a refund/credit sorted out regarding a voucher and to date I still have not gotten any valuable response regarding the matter. This level of customer service is not sitting well with me at all. You can improve your service by complying with your service level agreements and give some kind of feedback so the customer is aware that the matter is being addressed.
I made a purchase from brawta living on the 8th of October 2020 for a Strawberry Hill Hotel Deal. After making the purchase I contacted the Hotel to make my reservation they were closed and not aware of a brawta living deal that was going on at the hotel I was told they would check and I will be contacted. Minutes later I received a call from a brawta living agent apologizing that the hotel would not be open in time for the deal I purchased from them and I have the option of using the money used to pay for the deal to purchase something else or I can be refunded. I decided to get a refund. I had to send the response via email. A couple weeks passed and I realized that I was not refunded. I contacted Brawta Living to find out what was going on with my refund I was told I have to wait until the hotel sent back the money. Like seriously! Up to this day(December 4, 2020) I still haven't received my refund of $45,000 from Brawta Living. I am so upset and disappointed this was my first time using their service and it's definitely my last.
